Please call 01507 462465 to notify Arthur Wood Joinery of the return before posting. Any returns not authorised will not be accepted.

You must request to return your items within 7 working days of receipt of goods and from this date you will have a further 7 working days to return the goods.

A refund will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 5 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including UK taxes, but excluding shipping or return courier costs

Cancelling your order

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from arthurwoodjoinery.co.uk, for a full refund.

You must inform arthurwoodjoinery.co.uk via email or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number.

For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. If however your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us.

Exhange an item

If you wish to exchange your item within the 7 day period of receiving your order, please contact Arthur Wood Joinery and we will be happy to assist.

Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. arthurwoodjoinery.co.uk is not liable for the cost of returning items.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact Arthur Wood Joinery quoting your order number, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Upon receipt of your goods we will either refund, replace or repair your item.

If you receive an incorrect item.

If you suspect that the item you received is not what you have ordered, please contact Arthur Wood Joinery quoting your order number, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
